Disliked: I check out still don't have my deposit back for the room

Liked: The accommodation, price and location.
Disliked: The shampoo and soap were too poor quantity.

Liked: Great location, friendly staff, the fact that I had access to coffee all day and the prices.
Disliked: The beds was not as big as expected, the gaps in the from the floor to the door and on the sides.

Terrible. Shitty. Worst stay I’ve...

Liked: Not very much to like about this place, People are Rude and Inconsiderate. Did not offer a “are you okay” or anything when a piece of glass went into my foot. Did not offer to sweep the room, Nor a broom for me to sweep the broom. Was not told anything about a “security deposit” which was 100$. And then you don’t get that back until 7-10 days after your stay…. WTF!!! Then our AC went out. Had to switch rooms. No compensation, No i’m sorry. No nothing. Just here’s your key, here’s your room number. We been out of that room since Wednesday at about 12 noon. So fast forward to Thursday. They say that our “smoke sensor” went off. Called my mobile phone 1 time. I did not answer. I was on the beach. Enjoying my Vacation. That was almost over. They decide to try charging my debit card 300$. For a Smoking Fee. Nobody smoked in there room, nor does any of us smoke inside. They told us the smoke sensors were 100% Accurate. We call Bullshit. There is no such thing as a 100% accurate anything. It ain’t a thing. So that’s a load of bullshit. and then after a bunch of arguing over the phone and this and that. We finally came to the conclusion that the “smoke” was from a candle we had lit. Days before. In the other hotel room as well. Which the sensor did not go off. So WTF. Are they 100% Accurate La quinta? Doubt it. And i doubt you will be getting a singular dollar from me ever again. ****DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL***
