Security poor with propped open...

Liked: Bed was comfortable and room spacious, location was convenient
Disliked: Party in lobby lots of people extremely loud, back door by pool people drinking beer in chairs, door to pool propped open and people coming in and out, difficulty getting our family in the hotel due to party at back door. This was at 12:30am.. cigarette butts everywhere.. We only were at hotel a few hours to sleep. We left around 5am, walked to car and back doors still propped open to hotel and pool area door open completely to parking lot, chairs outside, boxes of beer and food all over. The girl that checked us in seemed like she had no control of what was going on. Bugs in our bathroom, little black ones.. again short stay just a few hours due to traveling through for a soccer tournament but it was a mess of a stay.

Liked: It was clean, breakfast was great, was not to badly priced
Disliked: We needed an extra crib as we were traveling with 3 kids under 2. On the site it say we can get 2 cribs but they only had one. Made it a little harder to handle but still overall a great stay

Liked: Nice facility! May need refreshing soon: paint and carpets. Comfortable bed, shower with good breakfast. Will stay here again!

Liked: Breakfast was very good as always, Rooms are spacious and usually very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I asked in advance for a roll away bed and and a late check out, I booked a room for 5 and when I arrived at midnight the man at the desk said he didn't have any rollaway beds and "They don't even have them anymore" (though it's listed online) I asked I told him I had written them an email, do they get those telling them id be in around midnoght and requesting a rollaway bed, did they not get them? He said yes they did but they don't have beds! - I watched all evening for a return email, so I could make a sto of needed for provisions! I asked him where our 7yr old BOY would sleep, no room on a double sofa, with his teenage sisters and we booked a king for me to have room with my handicap and to share with my oldest daughter. He said I don't know, there was Nothing he could do! I asked him please could he provide me bedding and pillows to our room, he said he would grab them & then he promptly brought them out and threw them over the counter, on top of my arms already holding a bunch of stuff and one went straight on the floor and I set them down on the counter. I told him that one is on the floor and I can't get it and he said I'll get it and get you a new one...he disappeared and came right back and handed me a new one.... I told him, I can't carry all of this though, can you help me and he told me. He was the only one there, maybe later.... So I hauled them outsids, to the vehicle where he told me to drive around back and park....wasn't sure how to even fit them in the overstuffed vehicle so one of the girls got them a stood there as I drove around the whole building looking for a spot.
