Made two trips…first…and last!

Liked: Still thinking…counter staff very courteous and professional.
Disliked: Closest door would not stay shut. Only one elevator. On the fourth floor. Completely full every pass. Stopping at every floor in both directions. Very small dining area for breakfast. Way overcrowded. Hardly any selection of food. Left without eating.
