Poor experience based on noise...
Liked: Once formal complaint was placed at midnight- staff at front desk did accommodate room change.
Disliked: 10:00 pm- kids running up and down the halls, large family next to us w baby crying, loud banging noises etc. ( I’m a mom, I get babies cry) smell of weed throughout hallway. 12:00 am- noise level continued, unable to sleep. Packed our bags and planned to level hotel. Front desk placed us on first floor and we wish that decision would have been made at 10:00 pm.

Very pleasant stay.
Liked: The hotel was very clean and staff very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was excelent with just about anything you could want. Had a great stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and updated. I will definitely be staying here again.

Liked: Breakfast was unimpressive
Disliked: Breakfast. Mattress was comfortable but too soft. No closet, just a hanging bar with space for 4 hangers.

Renovated but needs work.
Liked: The hotel looked nice inside, updated and common areas were clean.
Disliked: The shower walls were dirty. Hair on walls and clean towels. Conditioner bottle empty in shower. Lights were spread out across the room, some hidden buttons, which were strange. Pool didn't have towels the second day. Lifeguard wears sunglasses indoors and appears to be on her phone the entire time. Hot items on breakfast was bland. Biscuits and waffles were good. Staff were nice and attentive.

Good stay
Liked: The bed was comfortable, the TV in the room comes with a Chromecast which was useful, the bathroom was a really nice size, breakfast was pretty good too
Disliked: The walls and ceilings are thin, we were woken up prior to 6am due to the guests above us (not necessarily the hotels fault), the bed frame/base had a broken spring which caught me on the leg (we advised the hotel of this on check out), we asked for the body wash in the shower to be refilled on our first morning as it wasn't filled up prior to check in but it wasn't done even though the room was cleaned.

Liked: Very clean, staff was professional and breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable as well.
Disliked: They didn’t have regular sugar for the coffee
