Disappointing

Liked: -Room nice size.-Mini fridge for our beverages.-Locations of outlets in bathroom.-USB locations by beds.
Disliked: -Parking spaces too narrow, and I drive a smaller car.-Breakfast mediocre, at best. Waffles were grainy/gritty and undercooked all but edges. (No, I didn't use too much batter. I actually didn't use enough, as the outer inch or so was not even solid waffle.) Scrambled eggs reconstituted powder, sausage had odd texture. Juices tasted watered down, even for "cocktail" juice. Ended up having cold cereal and yogurt. Breakfast was a deciding factor for choosing this place.-No place to hang hand towel in bathroom.-Smell of pool was overpowering.-Price too high for a weeknight when no events in town, including at U of I. Or I would expect a lot more for that price point.-Check-in staff sounded like she was on autopilot.

Liked: Friendly staff and great clean environment as well as very very polite n helpful.
Disliked: Nothing cuz all was good

Pricey hotel for a lackluster...

Liked: Location was ok.
Disliked: The rooms were weathered. No fan in bathroom. Shower curtain leaked water on floor. Toilet didnt work and we just fixed it as it was faster. Hot tub was not working, pool was cold and breakfast was not exciting. For the price we paid, we could of stayed one night at the Fairmont in Seattle. They dont compare AT ALL in quality or price.

Appreciated our room and staff.

Liked: Breakfast area very nice. Food could have been kept warmer. Good selection.
Disliked: Lighting was poor in the room and bathroom. Extre chair was not comfortable .
