La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Moscow-Pullman

I really liked this hotel.

Liked: I thought the breakfast was good.
Disliked: I thought it took quite a while to check in but that is understandable because I think the lady was training another employee at the time.

Comfortable hotel in Moscow.

Liked: Quiet, clean, easy to find. Good staff.
Disliked: The breakfast was all gone and not replenished by the time I got to it a 7am.

Disliked: There was a lady at the front desk that Can definitely work on her customer service.

Liked: The night staff was great, they were kind and professional.
Disliked: The toilet wasn’t scrubbed so there was fecal matter splattered on the bowl. The remote was sticky as well.

Liked: Ample parking, nice view, no neighboring structures. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Seemed like the whole staff was barely out of high school and didn’t care much about anything. No towels for the pool because according to the front desk,”day shift forgot to wash them” Always out of coffee cups in the lobby. Indoor pool/ spa was always packed and after waiting 25 minutes 3 nights in a row, I gave up and went back to my room.

Perfect for a softball tournament...

Liked: Convenient location, clean.
Disliked: It was pretty great for what we needed.

I would probably go back...

Liked: Lobby and Jasmine who checked us in along with easy to find. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Very limited breakfast. Carpets were a bit dirty. Just seemed ok.
