Disliked: The fact that I got put in a room with a broken jet tub until the second day when I complained and all I do is give me a room that wasn't broke with the tub that wasn't broken and no refund or nothing no real sorry no extended staying no extra night nothing no offer doing nothing so I lost a whole night in a broken tub and too much for in the room

Disliked: No breakfast set either day, stains on the chair, water wasn’t coming out of the shower head. The room smelled like smoke in a non smoking room

Find a different hotel

Liked: Only the location was convenient
Disliked: The hotel was not clean; there was blood on and around the toilet, mold on the shower curtain, and bed bugs in the room. My group had booked a two-night stay, but we decided to leave after the first night and found a room next door. They did refund me for the second night, but to avoid this situation in the future, they should consider doing a deep cleaning of the hotel. Additionally, the pool was not open, and it appeared to have been neglected for a while. The gate was secured with a chain and padlock.
