horrible experience

Liked: we were told they ran out of food 2 days before. So no food except a few pieces of bread. they even told someone that they could go to the store and buy waffle mix and use the machine. Such BS
Disliked: Food. get what i paid for.

Staff was great

Liked: The staff was great an the pool was nice
Disliked: Bed was hard an there was no breakfast in the morning

Very, very bad experience very...

Liked: Nothing no one was ever at the front desk and no one ever answered the phone. It was like a ghost town in there.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that no one was ever at front and when I checked out early that no one rep replied to booking.com and that no one told them that I left early and canceled with enough time to get a refund. I have been calling and calling since Tuesday and now it is Sunday and booking.com has been trying to get in touch with them as well and nothing.
