Disappointing

Liked: Facilities were great and very clean
Disliked: First of all my room didn’t have a shower curtain when I came in. Then as I was trying to leave and put my stuff inside my car the room door was closed and I or the staff couldn’t get it to open. The lady at the front said she would be up shortly but it’s been more than 15 min and I’m still waiting to get my stuff.

Liked: The lady at the front desk was very sweet.
Disliked: The room was unclean with food debris on the furniture and canned food on the floor and shelf of the closet. This indicated that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. Also smelled of cat urine. The inform pool was down for maintenance. We chose this hotel for the indoor pool, so that was a bummer. There was no mention of this before our booking. We ultimately left within an hour and had to find a new hotel.

Liked: The room was large and comfortable. Furniture & lamps updated and modern. Walked to Cracker Barrel for dinner
Disliked: It needed a deep clean on the walls. Multiple stains on the walls. Toilet paper roll broken, towel bar loose on the wall,closet door handles falling off.

Disliked: Pool wasn’t up and running. It was broken, it’s working now but they are waiting on the state inspection so no one can swimIn it.

Disliked: The pool was close down and there were no post on the internet about it. The kids were looking forward to that.Also, the breakfast was not good.

Good location. Decent beds.

Liked: It was near shopping and many restaurants.
Disliked: The cleaning crew didn’t fill the coffee station all week. We had to go to the store and buy coffee and cups and filters. We went to the desk and asked for the coffee and cups but they weren’t very helpful. Breakfast was what you would expect.
