Disliked: Very disappointed that I came back for a second time and the pool was open only 1 day of my 5 day stay due to something breaking but they were telling ppl they called a pool company and we didn’t see anyone come there to fix it! My kids were really upset and there was nothing else to do at the facility and or to accommodate anyone or the kids! I think I would pick another hotel in the future.

Disliked: Coffee/sink area in our room had not been cleaned! I knew it because there were opened packages of cream & sugar with items missing. The floor in front of the counter was dirty too. Also, heating & cooling unit frame kept falling off when my husband walked around that side of the bed. The worst part was the bleached out spots on the sheets that you could see through, my husband kept reassuring me it was fine, but in my mind I kept saying who would put those on a bed for a guest?? We had trouble finding a place to park...the parking lot was full of work trucks!

Liked: I liked the check in process. Room was very clean and comfortable. We didn.t swim so I could not rate the pool.
Disliked: KEYS: I had difficulty with both of my keys both at the door to our room and the back door.BREAKFAST: Breakfast was very disappointing. You ran out of Coffee and other items. Food was cold and this situation caused many unhappy customers. It would have been better not to even offer Breakfast. I stay at several hotels and this was the worst Breakfast situation that I have ever experienced.
