Liked: Make sure the pools are fixed and available on hot days for the customers.
Disliked: The pool is always broken, the beds are horrible, the rooms are dirty! Stuff splattered on the walls looks like it’s been there a very long time. Out shower was broken has a screw holding the hand for hot and cold we were so afraid it was going to break.

Liked: Location was decent, manager on site was nice. Other staff were slightly unprofessional.
Disliked: Booked the room for my kids to swim after being in the car all day. Pool was closed( literally no water in it) so it wasn’t something that just happened overnight. This was not listed anywhere upon booking, if it would have been I could have booked a hotel with a pool instead of getting my kids excited for nothing.
