Depressing how they treat people

Liked: Rooms was comfortable
Disliked: That they had a problem with my handicap son who also talks to his self. They said we couldn’t stay there no more. Plus I complained about the refrigerator wasn’t working. I had to keep my medication in there , and it messed up my medication so I had to throw it away cause they wouldn’t fix it for 3 days

Comfortable bed but won’t be...

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The desk staff were friendly.
Disliked: The room was not very clean. The floors were so dirty my feet got black so I put socks on. When the dog’s water bowl tipped, I wiped it up with a hand towel that got filthy. See photo. In addition I prepaid the room through Booking and they put a pending charge for the whole stay again on the card on file, instead of just a $100 security hold. Had to speak to a manager to straighten it out. Now I have a new $25 charge from them and they have not responded to my inquiry about what this is for. So messaging through booking was non-responsive.
