My visit was horrible; rooms had been booked in January and still no rooms when I arrive after a 6 hour drive.
Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: I had no room when i arrived after speaking with the hotel clerk about an hour b4, had to wait an hour for hotel management to arrive to clear the matter up; to wait about an hour to be accommodated.

Disliked: I didn’t like how the room smelled nor how we didn’t have enough towels.

Will never return to this...
Liked: Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: The staff was very rude. We had a service pet and was charged a pet fee because we “didn’t meet the description” to have a service pet. Charged my card 3 different transactions. We travel often and have never been treated this poorly by hotel staff. My dad died a few days ago and I wanted to get my mom away from everything for a couple of days and the staff here made our trip awful.

Liked: Value is good.
Disliked: 3 nights with no service to the rooms. Had to chase down shampoo, towels. Some indifferent staff at front desk, others fine.
