Room was very nice! Amenities were poor. Only offered a tiny bottle of Pantene shampoo, to which my wife is allergic, and bar of soap. Normally the nicer hotels offer a couple of other items. We've learned with the price of hotels, we should be able to cut down on what we need to pack (shampoo, lotion, cream rinse, mouth wash, pkg. w/ cotton ball, Q-tip, file, etc.). Needs a different pool.
Liked: Clean room; breakfast set up.
Disliked: Small pool which was closed due to a problem.

Liked: The beds were comfortable. There was hot water
Disliked: Multiple broken things throughout the room, especially in the bathroom. Mold in the shower. Internet not working the entire 3 day stay. ☹️

Liked: The breakfast bar was good, and the location of the hotel was great.
Disliked: My husband and I weren't set to check out of the hotel until Tuesday morning, and on Monday early afternoon while out, I got a call from the hotel asking if we did an early checkout. We are assuming housekeeping came to clean the room and alerted the desk we had not, in fact, checked out early. It was requested that we stop by the desk once we return so they can recharge us, being they already issued the refund. Later that evening, after returning to the hotel, I stopped at the desk. The person working had no idea what I was talking about and stated there was no note left in regards to the matter. They told me to check back on Tuesday morning when a manager was present. Tuesday morning came, and I got another call this time to the hotel room. I was asked if we stayed the night, obviously we did, and was asked again to stop at the desk before leaving. This whole situation seemed odd to us because I never got an email receipt of our early checkout via email, text , or from the Booking app. We were very appreciative of the girl working the desk Tuesday morning because without having to ask, she printed off and showed us the refunded night to the hotel room. We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times in the past, and this situation has never happened to us before.

Won't use this hotel again
Liked: The room was clean .
Disliked: The check in clerk was not friendly. The air conditioner was so loud I couldn't watch TV, The incidental charge was not removed from my card after several days so I had to contact Visa. Terrible parking lot

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable, Staff was very accommodating & nice. Breakfast was antiquate.
Disliked: I think the AC in the lobby was not working when we arrived and very warm

Liked: The room was clean and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: The air conditioning did not work very well, there was no air conditioning in the lobby so breakfast was stifling, the shower in our bathroom had mold growing in it.

Liked: Staff was friendly, definitely could benefit from having one more front desk employee on, multiple occasions there was well over 8-10 people standing waiting to check-in etc. The poor staff worked as efficiently and as fast as they could. They did awesome, I would have been very overwhelmed with everyone staring and waiting for their turn. The room was clean I didnt see any dust I could tell housekeeping is doing their job. The room does need a little TLC we stayed in room 911 and there is a yellow chair that absolutely needs to be thrown out or recovered..it's just COVERED in stains. The lamp shades could be replaced. Just small things like that but otherwise the room was exactly what we needed. Oh and some hand soap for the bathrooms would be nice. We will be back though.
Disliked: Walking in to the lobby felt like a sauna
