Worst ever

Liked: There was no breakfast at all even it though is mentioned on website. Worst experience ever.
Disliked: Everything. Smoking smell inside the hotel, sticky carpets, stinky bathroom and more. I booked the stay for 4 days but i left the hotel very next morning.

Passable

Liked: Location was easy, had a Culver's right next door, which was convenient. Bed was comfortable. AC worked well. Room is spacious.
Disliked: The staff kept staring us down for unclear reason, which was a bit uncomfortable. The back door from the paeking lot was inconsistently accessible.

Disliked: Room chairs dirty. Shower head was broken. No breakfast, even though advertised. Outside building had holes in walls. Bedsheets were dirty. Shower area had rust on ceiling.

Liked: Did not use...considering the overall poor condition of everything here...I never consider eating there...
Disliked: Just about everything...poor front desk, filthy facilities, no microwave, no refrigerator, missing shower door, mold on walls and the shuttle from the airport never picked me up and I had to take an Uber...I could go on but whats the point...

This place should be shut...

Liked: There are only two positive things I can say about this place…The shower had great water pressure and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: If I could give negative 5 stars, I would! This is the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at, inside and out! I’m shocked they are able to keep the franchise name. That makes me question the standards of Wyndham properties. Their prices are outrageous for how filthy it is and what bad shape the building is in. The outside of the property is full of trash, the green spaces are completely overgrown. The outside trash receptacles are overflowing. There was no ac in the common areas or it didn’t work. All of the carpet in the corridors is disgustingly dirty. The rooms are barely surface cleaned. A layer of dust on everything, filthy carpet, mirrors look like they were cleaned with furniture polish, completely caked with something making them very cloudy. The “free breakfast” is laughable. The only thing offered was cold cereal, packets of instant oatmeal and coffee, that’s it! Not one of the three ice machines worked. I had to go to the gas station across the street to buy ice. The male staff were beyond rude. The female staff, a bit better but not much. There were no “do not disturb” door hangers. Housekeeping knocked on my door three separate times and a male employee walked right in my room without knocking. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, hands down!

Serve the purpose, but they...

Liked: Clean room, cold air conditioning
Disliked: I knew they were gonna rip me off when they put the damage deposit on my card .Flew in from out of state early and they made me stand in the sun for three hours to check in. Steve did not want to communicate with me at all. And barely could communicate.. put $100 damage deposit on my card and refunded $8 of it. I am a very respectful guest, and this is not the first time this has happened to me. I wanted to do the deposit in cash, but the guys English and concern for what I was saying was next to zero.
