Was extremely underwhelming

Disliked: Check in was supposed to be at 3 pm but we couldn’t check in until almost 6 pm. One waste basket in whole room. Only one roll of toilet paper in room for 5 people. Couch and pull out couch mattress had multiple stains. There was no notice of pool being closed for maintenance before our stay.

Filthy, genuinely unclean hotel with...

Liked: The location was excellent for what our plans were.
Disliked: This was the most disgusting filthy hotel we have stayed in ---garbage overflowing in all garbage cans and onto the ground at the entrance. Smelly unclean bedding with human hairs (pubic) on bed, what appears to be Blood on wall. Hair and gunk stuck to walls, clumps of something brown on the shower curtain. Bad pillows, wouldn't give us more when we asked multiple times. There was no toilet paper in filthy lobby bathroom ....not one piece in all the stalls. Staff was unfriendly. 1/2 roll of toilet paper in room and couldn't get anyone to bring some to the room. No towels in the room and the ones that they ended up giving us were raggedy and smelled.Dirty busted up mini kitchen in room. Curtains were filthy and we didn't even feel comfortable touching them. Very poor quality furnishing, not even a real couch. Everything including every surface, lamp, table, door was filthy

Disliked: The tv’s didn’t work. They didnt have my room. Gave me queen instead of king. Vending machines was broken

Liked: Not much. The front desk people were very nice.
Disliked: There was a full toenail on the floor in our room. My husband stepped on it. The breakfast was very skimpy, no orange juice, no water to drink. I am not a coffee drinker so I had nothing to drink. No bananas only apples. In the room there wasn't anywhere for us to sit. There was only one small chair in the living room.

My stay was very disappointing

Liked: I didn't eat the breakfast because their was variety 0f foods they don't meat just eggs , waffles, oatmeal, and cold cereal
Disliked: They room weren't clean properly no toiletries no nothing the bathroom sick didn't work
