Liked: Everything was nice and peaceful. I traveled with my 92 year old mother in law and everything was good. We were able to park close to the entrance so she didn't have far to park!

Disliked: It was just not high quality for the price . I made a reservation on Booking.com a week before. They did not have my room assigned when I got there. A new girl was being trained. The man who was training her wasn’t telling her anything. So she just fumbled through. I booked a room with 2 queens. It took 10 minutes to assign my room. The man assigned it, not the new girl. When I got to my room it was a King room. I had to go back down and get reassigned a room which took another 10 minutes. I went to the pool at 935 pm. I just wanted to swim a few laps . There was a man sitting in there. I think he was an employee. He said It closes at 10. I said so I can swim for 20 minutes. He just mumbled something. I said I didn’t understand you. He said 10 minutes. I got in the pool. It says It’s 5 feet in the deep end. I am 5 ft4in. It didn’t come to the top of my shoulders. Water was cloudy. Room was fairly clean. A/C worked good. Bed was pretty comfortable. I did not know when I booked that they allowed pets. I think that made it seem not as clean. Staff just seemed unfriendly. I am used to friendly staff at other chains.

Disliked: It wasn’t clean. I showed them stains on the sheets. First he said they had no other rooms. But then he found one. It was late..we were tired from college move in all day and it was raining!
