Disliked: There was a softball team or 2 staying at the hotel and they were totally inconsiderate. When the front desk was approached about them they blew us off. We ended up leaving Room was tiny and not clean so that added to our desire to leave

Disliked: Dirty, had dog hair all over the room, parts of the beds had dog hair and couch was full of dog hair, stuff spilled all over the walls and bathroom floor was dirty like they used a dirty mop to clean it. Towels were stained, requested for new towels and they were much better but still a little stained. Breakfast lacked overall, they open breakfast from 6-9 went down to eat and they ran out of eggs and sausages before 7, didn’t tell anyone just said no more eggs and sausage, after someone asked. Also room we booked supposedly had a kitchen in it, but it wasn’t, it was just a suite, room was bigger than last stay but paid extra for the kitchen one, didn’t get to try the pool as we were there for a family graduation. Stay at your own expense, you may get a clean room and actually have breakfast if you visit.

Disliked: The pool was so heavily and over chlorinated I couldn’t get in. The chlorine assaults the eyes and breath on entering and people swimming said it had already changed their hair color. I didn’t bother getting in which was disappointing since one of the reasons I booked it was for the indoor pool. They need to educate whoever is cleaning the pool
