Disliked: Mold in bathroom. Crack in ceiling in main room. Didn't look or seem clean. When ac went on it smelled like cigarette smoke

Liked: just old with lots of trash around.
Disliked: not the cleanest, not the dirtiest. I did not trust breakfast so I did not go down.
