Liked: Staff friendly and helpful. Room was quiet.
Disliked: Our room wasn't ready when we arrived. Left to go eat dinner and when we returned, room still not ready. Also, shower had orange mold and the bathroom sink smelled of sewer gas.

Bad

Liked: The young lady that works the desk @ night is very professional, courteous and accommodating.
Disliked: We requested a wheelchair accessible room and when we arrived the room had a shelving unit with refrigerator and microwave setting no two feet from the door and less than 18 inches from the bed. The toilet seat is literally falling off the toilet. The floors were filthy with old food and dead bugs . Upon trying to check out early the person at the desk tried charging us $65.00 for 1 dog for 1 night. The person then told us that the manager was not available at 10:00 am.

Liked: The room was very nice although if you don't bring your own soap you may not have enough I would like to suggest putting a shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispenser in the shower..like the other places I've stayed..
Disliked: The smoke detector beeped all night because maybe it needed batteries or something...those should be checked before each stay....

Outside Rooms, Great Location

Liked: The room was pretty nice, and the beds were comfortable. The location when it comes to proximity to the interstate, food, and stores is amazing. There are things within walking distance all around this spot.
Disliked: The rooms are exterior or outside rooms like Motel 6. The pictures do not display this, or I missed it. There was a live roach in the shower , which, for me, isn't a huge issue, but it needs to be mentioned. The door to our room was left ajar also. We didn't use our key to get in. This I did not like at all because the third building is hidden by the Dennys in front, and someone could have been in the room waiting for us. The breakfast area is very small for the capacity needed. The egg patties were cold. The breakfast attendant handled the bagels with her bare hands after using a wet rag to wipe a table....HUGE FOOD HANDLING ERROR! The trash cans were overflowing. One waffle iron had the remains of a burning, stuck on waffle, which wasn't addressed while we were there. She was clearly overwhelmed by the volume of people, but she was keeping up and she was still friendly, but it meant tables weren't cleaned, trash wasn't taken out, food was cold, and that proper food handling was being neglected. It was good breakfast with hot options and things like cereal, oatmeal, and lots of different breads and pastries.

Liked: It’s close to the highway
Disliked: It’s like grand central station. There were people hanging in the parking lot and drag racing all night. We were on the end so I think it got the brunt of this noise. Rooms are dated but I will say seemed clean (no bugs that I could find) sheets were stained tho. No hot water and TV didn’t work. It’s cheap yes but you are getting what you pay for, keep that in mind especially if traveling with kids. We stayed until 5am and decided it was best to hit the road cause we were all up anyway

Disliked: Upon arrival we went to our room and it was unlocked and cracked open. Didn’t feel safe and went to request another room but they couldn’t provide one due to being completely booked.The front desk clerk was super nice and was able to provide refund, but the faculties and location are terrible. Had good rating online but was not at all was was expected. Did not meet expectations.
