Liked: The room was nice. The bed was made, and the floor was vacuumed. The air conditioning worked.
Disliked: The bathroom was as not clean. There were strands of black hair in the tub and on the toilet seat. I purchased my own bleach cleaner and cleaned my own room after being advised that housekeeping was unavailable. And the gym was supposedly out of service. The elevator had the yellow hazard floor sign the ENTIRE 5 days I stayed at the hotel. On the second night, my hot water was not working. When I called the front desk, I was told that supporting staff was unavailable until the following morning. There was a sign in the front desk that stated that housekeeping did not do daily cleaning of the room.

Liked: Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Price was very reasonable.
Disliked: I had issues with room key. The luggage cart wasn't available when needed.
