Liked: Good location, close to the highway
Disliked: Over night clerk gives attude when ask for assistance, iron in room don't work. Some housekeeping doesn't speak English, all out let's in room doesn't work, except the ones by the sink and the microwave. I would not stay there again.

Disliked: The fact that this hotel is so poorly kept to be in Miami Lakes. The outside looks beautiful but when you step into this hotel its a total disaster

Dissapointing We rented 9 rooms...

Disliked: Many room items did not work. Plugs, lights, beds were uneven lack of towels etc

Disliked: Coffee maker wasn't working

Liked: The customer service was great.
Disliked: The carpet was dirty in the room, the bed furniture was dirty. The bedding was stiff, and pillows were worn out and smelly.

Disliked: The entire stay was horrible the front desk was rude
