Uncomfortable and it smelled horrible

Liked: The location was nice but this building was absolutely nasty, there was a terrible smell soon as you walk in, the water was not hot at all it took 3 hours for the water to finally get warm. The cleanliness of this place was not good at all. The elevator was extremely slow and old went to the top floor before coming down. Facility needs to be remodel immediately.

Disliked: Room was dirty , my toilet was broken. The light in the room and bathroom would flicker nonstop

Disliked: Room cleaning, I ask for the maid service to clean my room but when I return it was half way clean , when I Check with the front dest they said it was because short start
