I regret staying here and...

Liked: The location
Disliked: The fact that this hotel is so poorly kept to be in Miami Lakes. The outside looks beautiful but when you step into this hotel its a total disaster

Dissapointing We rented 9 rooms...

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Many room items did not work. Plugs, lights, beds were uneven lack of towels etc

Liked: Privacy, close to major roads
Disliked: Coffee maker wasn't working

Bad

Liked: The customer service was great.
Disliked: The carpet was dirty in the room, the bed furniture was dirty. The bedding was stiff, and pillows were worn out and smelly.

Did not like my stay

Disliked: The entire stay was horrible the front desk was rude

Superb

Pleasant stay

Liked: Breakfast was very good and had a nice selection and a lovely room
Disliked: The wifi was awful and connection was extremely spotty on all our devices
