Disliked: We didn't get our room cleaned or towels changed during the 3 nights we were there.The front desk was slow to answer the phoneThe breakfast schedule wasn't clear. We didn't know that breakfast was served at different times depending on the day.Other than that, our stay was fine.

Liked: It was a pleasant experience. Probably the best accommodation we had during our stay in the USA. Everything was clean and well equipped for our needs. Despite it is near to the airport it was not as loud as we expected. The hotel has a laundry room which was super helpful for us. The downside is that there are only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer. We had to wait for our turn but at least we could wash our stuff. Staff was helpful. No problem during our stay.
Disliked: It is not located in the best place, I mean it is not in the more fanciest part of Miami like Miami beach, but since we had a car Downtown/Bayside, Calle Ocho, Mimai beach was accessible with a short drive. There is a big Walmart close if you need something. The breakfast was not really good, few options basically waffles, potatoes, cereal, some bread, eggs and that is it.
