Disappointing Stay – Only Positive...

Liked: The only positive points were the hotel’s location and the comfort of the bed.
Disliked: Unfortunately, several issues impacted my experience:I requested housekeeping at the reception, but my room was not cleaned during my stay.The air conditioning in my room wasn’t working properly.The elevator was extremely slow, often taking a very long time to arrive.On my first morning, the breakfast did not include scrambled eggs as expected.I hope you’re able to address these points to improve the experience for future guests.

Overall we like this hotel....

Liked: I liked the location of the property and the breakfast was really good.
Disliked: Our tub was stopped up but they did come and fix it.

Liked: Whenever we go we stay at this hotel because it is very quiet and its location is good
Disliked: In the room everything was clean and good, only the air didn't work well it didn't cool the room ñ

Very enjoyable and pleasant

Liked: Excellent location, room was spacious and the bed very comfortable, the room and the common areas were clean, the gym area nicely equipped for a small size gym, i really enjoyed my stay.
Disliked: The breakfast was a big too monotonous, the same almost every day, the can have the eggs made in different styles everyday, probably change the potatoes to hashbrowns, change the sausages to ham and cheese or even beacon, have more variety of fruits, there is much more you can do with a few ingredients.
