Liked: Close to airport. That the only upside Storage room for luggage is an upside
Disliked: Room floor was very very very dirty. Had to discard my socks. Never got the wifi password Staff is very slow. Gets the job done and are friendly but doesn’t seem to try and make ir quicker Pictures in the website should be updatedLoud Air conditioning machine Pillows should be changed, the seem very worn The police had to be called due to violence between guests

Disliked: Terribly not recommended. The entire hotel is rotten and falling apart. The breakfast is very basic! The place is dirty, the bathrooms are bad, and the front desk staff is very rude. Stay away from this hotel.

Liked: They set up transportation to cruise line. L
Disliked: Had to change rooms 3 times;put us in a room that was already taken, then a room that the toilet didn’t work, then a room that was just ok. Breakfast was cold and not much variety, didn’t taste good.

Short and good stay!

Liked: It is very close and convenient to the Miami Airport.

Met expectations except for shuttle...

Disliked: Free shuttle service discontinued at night. Had to pay for taxi service.

Liked: The stuff and everything looks clean I can’t complain about it it was perfect for my stay i definitely recommend.. super good hotel and the most important thing my room was so clean and confortable
Disliked: The pool was nice just cold
