It was the worst experience...

Liked: The location was close to everything.
Disliked: First, there was a sofa that let out to a bed and when my son pulled it out, the mattress was stained from top to bottom with every kind of bodily fluid. It looked like a horror movie. Then we didn’t have any washcloths in the room. When my husband went to the front desk to ask for some, they told him that there is a limit of two per room. We had a total of four people in our party. We also had someone knocking on our door throughout the night. It was very disappointing ☹️.

Great stay. Will be going...

Liked: Breakfast was okay. Waffle dispenser broke but kitchen staff was on top of it, making accommodations to help people get waffles for breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was good

Liked: Very nice place to stay. Convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Great Location to Stay!

Liked: The front desk staff, including “Angel” were wonderful to work with. She was both professional and very friendly. Gaby, the room attendant, was also fantastic and provided excellent service. I will definitely choose to stay there again during my next visit to Memphis.
Disliked: I did notice a small cockroach on our room door as we were leaving to check out, but aside from that, everything was great!
