Not a Bad Option

Liked: The staff was friendly, overall the hotel was nice.
Disliked: I didn't like that the fan in the bathroom was so loud and that the toilet sounded like a jet engine when you flushed it. It would wake everyone up in the room when it was flushed while people were sleeping.

Liked: Staff; cleanliness; breakfast; coffee was very good; fresh fruit
Disliked: Noise level from within the building's infrastructure was occasionally distracting (toilets flushing, showers running). Disappointed that there was no hot cereal option at breakfast (no oatmeal or grits, either fresh made or packets).

Liked: The location is wonderful. It’s a nice neighborhood and surrounded by many restaurants and places to shop. Conveniently located near a Walmart.
Disliked: The hot tub was not working and the water was cold. I was looking forward to a good soak in the hot tub after walking around downtown Memphis all day but it was colder than the regular pool.

Pleasant

Liked: The hotel is in a good spot …. It’s surrounded by different restaurants and stores for all your shopping needs
Disliked: The microwave didn’t work and the ac did not get cold

Liked: I liked that there was juice and coffee available when we checked in.
Disliked: The only minor drawback was that the elevator was a little congested at busy times, and it was difficult to get the luggage cart into the elevator.
