Liked: Didn’t eat breakfast
Disliked: The property needs updating in the and shower. No safety bars to grab.

Served purposed, but not fulfill...

Liked: I only had coffee. Breakfast wasn't appealing, nor was I interested.
Disliked: My stay from Thurs to Sun, my room was NEVER clean, no linen change, no trash removed during my stay. There was never a Do-Not-Disturb sign on door, which would prevented this service.

Disliked: The cleaning crew could do a better job cleaning. The ice water in the lobby was never changed. Sheets were always dirty. Everything in the room was dusty. There was no dog poop bags outside in the designated spot and we were there for THREE WEEKS. The door on the side of the building was rusted and very sharp exposed metal and would sometimes not open. Keycards sometimes wouldn’t work. The pool was dirty. The staff at the front desk had very limited English and were very hard to understand. Dryer took MULTIPLE cycles to dry our clothes completely

Disliked: The room was filthy!! I asked to enter 1 hour early and was told the room was being cleaned. No worries, I checked in around 5pm and had to vacuum my own floor. Clean the entire bathroom, clean the microwave and the reigerator out. Food was left from the previous stay. Stains were on the couch and sheets. Staff was phenomenal and got me everything I needed to clean properly. The front desk person was also cutting his toe nails when we arrived. Like ewwww! I requested to speak to the manager on three different occasions and on three different times and was told they were not available. Unacceptable!! The place has rennovated but still needs a lot of help with general cleanliness.

Liked: Indoor pool beds we’re comfortable
Disliked: House keeping skipped our room a few times wasn’t a big deal we just had toddlers and trash piled up quickly our sheets were also only changed once while we stayed for 2 weeks again not that big of a deal we just have 4 kids and would have liked our sheets changed and trash taken out daily

Liked: Breakfast was ok, need a microwave in the breakfast area to warm up the food, and to warm the sweet rolls/muffins, I know I would have like to heat up my sweet roll, I did not like it refrigerator cold.
Disliked: see above statement.We did not like the fact that there was no printed receipt when we checked out

Liked: Near the higher and close to town
Disliked: They were stingy with their continental breakfast
