Liked: They promised us a room on the bottom floor near the exit door, then told us when we got there, they didn't have any on first floor. It was dirty. No regular coffee creamer, only flavored, carpet was nasty. It stunk like nastiness and mildew. One of the worst La Quintas we have stayed at.

Disliked: The elevator was broken, I was traveling from 16 hours away, and even though the elevator stopped working the day before I arrived, they notified me of it 30 minutes before my reservation.

Liked: I liked the price and location was very convenient
Disliked: Even it show on site they allow 5 people and we booked for 5 as my transaction can confirm but when I arrived they told me they have only room for 4 people and there's no room in hotel where 5 people can sleep .one of us bad to sleep on floor

Liked: The price per night and the location were great. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The carpet was dirty with bleach stains all over on the third floor. The walls and wood trim was banged up, elevator was dirty, bathtub had stains, desk chair was dirty, carpet in room was filthy.

Disliked: This property and the staff is horrendous. Especially, the manager, he has not one ounce of customer service. The room had a nasty smell, there was constant banging on the walls, of which I complained and he did nothing, there is mold in the room and the staff is utter despicable.
