Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. It was quiet and not overly packed. The location is great and close to so many things. Cleaners came daily.
Disliked: The rooms were not well cleaned. There were dirty sheets on my first day which kept being refused until I put a note on it pointing it out. It appeared to be makeup, which I didn't use. The floor was not cleaned, there was someone else's hair in there which continued to be in there the whole time. Also, people were always smoking near the door. So even if this is a smoke free hotel, you are subjected to smoke fumes on a daily basis.

Liked: The staff were all great. The room was clean. The breakfast was good. Scrambled and boiled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage, gravy and all the typical cereal and bread offerings were some favorites. Liked the option to have cheese on the eggs. Everything seemed fresh. I also enjoyed the fresh fruit options and my son enjoyed the pancakes. The location was easy to get in and out of.
Disliked: Our room was right next to the fitness room and across from the Church services. We had a late check out so we could nap after a really early soccer game on Sunday. We needed the extra rest for a long drive home. The church service was so loud we couldn’t get any sleep. I don’t know why they needed a microphone you could hear everything like it was in our room. Also people in the fitness area were loud and in there till 11pm playing loud music. I took videos but it won’t allow upload. Also there’s no exhaust in bathroom so very steamy. Water leaked from the shower floor out into the entry way causing a fall hazard. We kept towels over it to try to keep it clean.

Liked: The king size room was very spacious and the pillows were very comfortable!
Disliked: My bed accommodation was made too tightly and it made the bed crease in the middle.
