Horrible

Disliked: We had fleas on our room, my little girl got bitten by 2. Also rented a king room and got downgraded to a small room, sent several emails about the problem and no response. Never staying again!

It was awful.

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: We were put in a room with wet carpet, it contained a dehumidifier and a portable fan, It was clearly not useable by any guests. The elevators were out and when we were moved to the second floor, we had to carry everything up the stairs. That room had an air conditioner that sounded like an airplane warming up it the room. The shower would barely drain. I expected better and I do NOT plan to use your property again.
