Disliked: Room was noisy because the workout room was next door. It also sounded like all the water drain pipe ran next to my room.

Liked: A very nice and modern hotel. Very clean and a great location.
Disliked: This is not a complaint, but more of a heads up: I forgot to mention it to the front desk. The shower frame leaked a bit of water at the bottom corner of the shower stall. It wasn't a lot, but the floors are probably not the best to have much standing water on them. When I got out of the shower, there was a bit of water in the corner of the floor. If you stand facing the shower, it's on the right side. I wiped it up, and a few minutes later it was back. Something to look into.
