Liked: The room was spacious and clean and bed was super comfortable
Disliked: The entrance lobby smells funny and gives an old run down feel. Then you get to the room and it’s super nice and doesn’t smell. You need to update the lobby, it’s a terrible representation.

Overall, the place was clean...

Liked: Location was good, right near the water front. The lady serving breakfast was excellent. Parking was easy and the room was comfortable.
Disliked: The entire hotel is very "dated". Paint color combinations, wall art and fixtures were all from the early 90's. The old tuscan theme is so far out of date, i was really surprised they havent done an FFE update to the facility. The main hallway lights on the second floor were out so it was dim and dreary....felt like they were trying to save a buck?The outside "bbq" area was rediculously worn, all the outdoor tables were dry rotted, the BBQ pit looked like it'd been there since Marble falls was founded! The little "safety" gate around the area was purchases from Walmart and seemed ineffective altogether. I was charged $10 dollars more to move to the 2nd floor so we would have a view...seemed chinchy to charge for that.
