Disliked: The fact that they didn’t find my booking reservation and I had to rebook and pay more. My room had a two inch gap in the door so I heard everything and got no sleep. The jacuzzi tub I wanted didn’t work. It was all wrong

Disliked: Our door didn’t close properly. We had to tug on it over and over to get it to lock. We got the room with the hot tub but the hot tub didn’t work. The plug didn’t stop anything so the tub never filled up

Wouldn’t book here again.

Disliked: Everything could’ve been better from the AC to the guest services to the memories. It was all out horrible.

Disliked: The door for the first room I was in didn’t close properly. In the next room the coffee maker was broken and there wasn’t cream for the coffee. The mattress wasn’t comfortable. The shower head was too low.

Disliked: THE KNOB O IN ROOM BATHROOM WAS NOT WORKING, IRON LEAK WATER, LOOK LIKE MOLD ON WALL OF BATH ROOM . HOUSE KEEPER LEFT DIRTY GLOVE IN BATHROOM ON COUNTER AFTER SHE FINISH CLEANING THE BATH ROOM WHICH WAS AWFUL. ANOTHER ISSUE THAT I HAD IS MY REQUEST FOR A ROOM WITH JACUZZI DID NOT GET. TV CUT OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF SHOW WHILE WATCHING IT.BE FOR I PAY WITH HOTEL UP FRONT WILL MAKE SURE MY REQUEST IS CONFIRMED.I SHOULD OF TOOK PICTURES OF EXPRIENCE
