Great Staff/over priced property…..disappointed in...

Liked: Staff…..Excellent Folks/lead Housekeeper here was Excellent-managed food service too; 18 yrs this Property
Disliked: TV issues; room-keys issues; No bacon served-advertised; hallway carpets very dirty; bathroom door was extremely nasty; fleas in room/hallway

Liked: The bed
Disliked: The bed was the only good thing about the hotel. Very comfortable. The shower/tub was rusted, coffee machine was broken. The handicap ♿️ was non-existent our room was 2nd floor and at the end of the hallway with no chairs to rest on when asked about handicap rooms she pointed upstairs awful just miserable. The bed was the only thing positive. And no bottled water to have or buy

Liked: The service was exceptional the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always hot and coffee never stopped coming.
Disliked: It was 1 elevator very small it looked like a service elevator creepy to me.

Disliked: There was some drown stuff on our walls in the bathroom near the toliet, and our toilet never filled on its own, but it never bothered us

It was terrible.

Liked: The gym was terrible. Didn’t look like the pictures online. Then the elevator was out all weekend. I want my money back! I think I got food poisoning from the eggs at breakfast.
