Nice comfortable place to stay

Liked: Somehow I saved the Manassas battlefield hotel in my phone. But perhaps I lucked out reserving this one! This hotel is so much nicer and the staff was friendlier right off the bat.
Disliked: You don’t have any control of this- but turning left out of the hotel is impossible.

Pleasant

Liked: Staff was great, hotel was very nice and it was very close to the golf course I was attending an event the next morning.
Disliked: The hotel had very poor sound proofing between rooms and the highway noise on route 28. My room window faced route 28 and it sounded like the traffic was in my room. The room on one side of me had a person snoring very loudly all night and I could hear it very clearly through the wall, on the other side of me someone kept the TV on all night with the volume pretty high so I clearly heard that all night. Then at 12:30-1:00 in the middle of the night people were running up and down the hall banging on doors or walls. It sounded like they were in my room it was that loud. I chalk most of this up to bad luck on this one night I stayed. I will stay here again but I'll get a room at the end of the hall with one common wall and on I'll request the other side of the hallway so the window faces the back of the hotel not route 28.

Good but seems going through...

Liked: Good location, able to bring our pet!
Disliked: In error I checked us out early, we paid for two nights, when I asked if we could have our room, we were denied. Told to call Booking.com because they had already sold our room.

Was adequate for my needs...

Liked: Clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Fitness room was well appointed and clean. Breakfast was good albeit a bit boring.
Disliked: Pillows were lumpy and not very comfortable. Need new fluffier ones. I was disappointed that the pool wasn’t opened up for the summer yet. Located on a very busy thoroughfare-hard to get in and out. Restaurants were 2+ miles away on the busy highway.

Fraud

Disliked: The lady at the checkin was very annoyed and unfriendly. She was happy to have handled me. This morning at Checkout, the young girl had the earphones in her ears and did something on his cell phone. She hasn't even greeted or said goodbye. Was completely bored. And the biggest outrageous threat is that both the deposit is retained and that an additional $ 60 was debited from the credit card without any permission. I had to ask why and got the answer that I would have caused a fire stain on the covers. And that is clearly a lie. And strictly speaking it is fraud. Never again La Quinta and no longer wyndham
