Exceptional

Liked: Location is Great. All staff were friendly and respectful...especially Kevin...beds were nice and firm.
Disliked: Pillows were extremely, hard, lumpy and not to my liking.

Not good

Liked: Breakfast is so bad no boil egg no vegetables or veggies thing and bed is stag middle side. We don’t like it. And also bath tub is not draining.
Disliked: Cleaning room are bigger

Disliked: 1 of 3 rooms were ready when checking in. The staff yelled at us when asking when they would be ready and said "when they are" as an answer. We had to all change in 1 room in an attempt to not be late for a family wedding - which we barely made on time. The rooms were dirty. The bathrooms appeared uncleaned. The bath tub was so dirty it was not usable. The beds were uncomfortable and made noise. When pulling back sheets in 1 of our rooms to verify no bed bugs, the mattress was found to be extremely dirty. I have attempted to call the hotel to discuss with management multiple times, but nobody will answer the phone. The air conditioning unit was so noisy it woke us every time it kicked in. I will be requesting a complete refund for all 3 rooms. I chose this hotel because of the name and reputation. It was a huge disappointment.

I would never stay at...

Disliked: Upon entering the lobby, there was an intense fragrance that was very overwhelming. We were on the 3rd floor and could smell the chlorine from the pool the second we stepped onto the elevator. Our room had an intense fragrance. I called the front desk and asked if there was a plug-in fragrance that could be removed. The person at the front desk offered to move us to another room, and kindly let me see the room first, but that room's smell was even worse, so we chose to stay in the current room. The staff member stated it was most likely the chemical used to clean the floor. Having asthma and other medical conditions that are triggered by artificial fragrances, it was a horrible night of coughing. The room was clean, but needed updates, especially in the bathroom. My mother took a shower and did not feel safe in the bathtub despite the grab bars. The lighting in the bathroom was very poor. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud and disruptive to a good night's sleep.

Liked: Good value for the price. Very attractive lobby/breakfast area.
Disliked: Rooms are somewhat sparse and dark. Plenty of seating, but a lot of unused space. Needs more lighting, especially in the bathroom where there is no lighting above the shower.

Disliked: Impossible to sleep with the loud air conditioner running Tv would not stay on kept shutting off every time the air conditioner came on. Bathtub has stains in. It wouldn't even step into it
