Short of expectations

Disliked: Breakfast, hot foods not hot enough. One morning eggs were still cold from refrigerator.

Disgusted

Liked: Not at all what the pictures were. Very old hotel needs lots of updating! Smelt horrid inside!
Disliked: Was the most disgusting hotel I’ve stayed at before.

Good value in Madison

Liked: Loved the breakfast. It was excellent. Pool looked lovely. We unfortunately weren't able to spend time there due to our schedule.
Disliked: There were collapsed banquet tables stacked somewhat haphazardly outside elevator 2. We had problems with the room keys. I think the card reader needs repair. Because of the difficulty accessing our room, I took the keys to the desk for recoding. That didn't help at all.
