Clean, comfortable and friendly staff.

Liked: The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The free breakfast was delicious and exceeded expectations. The facilities were very clean. There was a lot of options for dining out in the area and was very close to public transport.
Disliked: I was a little frustrated that there weren’t enough towels in the room for the amount of people staying in the room. I think that there should be enough towels in the room for the expected occupancy of the room. The front desk did give us more towels when requested, but it would be nice to not have to ask. It would also be nice to have more table space.

Excellent location for family visit

Liked: The location was perfect for our trip. Staff was friendly, facility was very clean.
Disliked: Breakfast could have used some variety. Served exact same thing both mornings.

Pleasant

Liked: This place was recently renovated and is very close to the SoundTransit 1 line, a 90 minute train ride with transfers to SeaTac.
Disliked: The front desk staff was high as a kite and kind of rude. My shower was CLOGGED. The hotel is immediately off I-5 and the traffic noise was real - rooms ending in even numbers face the highway.
