Liked: We had an enjoyable experience at La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Lufkin, considering the price of the hotel room. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were fast and efficient, and the staff was courteous. The cleanliness of the room was good and met our expectations.They also accepted our small dog with just a $25 fee — a definite plus.
Disliked: If I could make one suggestion, it would be for the hotel to consider some renovation, as the facilities are starting to feel a bit outdated. Additionally, the breakfast was disappointing — it consisted only of waffles and packaged bread, with no hot items, such as sausage or scrambled eggs. The juice was also not good.Aside from that, everything else was great, and we had a comfortable stay.

Liked: Easy to reach, friendly staff, convenient for a person with mobility problems.
Disliked: The floor was clean but oddly damp. Still that way in the morning. Sink stopper was broken.

Liked: The bed was fine.
Disliked: We stood at the front desk forever waiting on someone and when he finally came he was rude. Just shoved paperwork at us and told me where to sign and said "Your room is that way." The room smelled like mildew and you could see wall patches from water leaks. The toilet didn't want to flush. When we took showers the shower flooded the room. There was hair still on the shower when we arrived.
