The beds are ok. It’s...
Liked: It’s close to stores and restaurants.
Disliked: Not very clean. Has a lot of roaches.

Liked: The beds were comfortable. the AC worked really good. The locks worked fine.
Disliked: The sink handle was broken when we got there. The phone did not work. One of the lamp lights were out. The dining table chairs were very dirty and the tub had residue stains like it was not cleaned properly.

Affordable but would rather book...
Liked: The facility was located in Lufkin where we needed to be.
Disliked: There was black mold growing on the wall over the beds, it was extremely moist in the room. The floors constantly had condensation on them. The shower looked dirty, the bathrooom sink was cracked. We stayed 5 nights and only had the room cleaned twice. the first room they gave us smelled like a sewer, we had to request a different room because it smelled so bad.
