Disappointing

Liked: Close to hospital
Disliked: Uncomfortable. TV and coffee maker didn't work. Sketchy people in parking lot.

Great staff, great location, and...

Liked: I had a bad experience at the original hotel I had booked and my friend recommended this one & the gentleman who greeted me noticed I was on edge and spooked and he was so kind and made sure I was okay. Everyone was just so kind and friendly.
Disliked: No complaints! For it all being booked at the last minute, it was better than I could have wanted.

Disliked: The walls & bathroom door in the room were very dirty.

It was a little disappointing...

Liked: The location was nice and staff.
Disliked: That it only has 1 elevator working out of 2. The sink was clogged up and bathtub. The control had dead batteries.
