Liked: The location was a perfect distance from Texas Tech
Disliked: Lack of staff at night, tv remote didn’t work and I never received another one as told. No non pork options for breakfast.

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Place was clean and quiet.

Disliked: The bathroom was still dirty some threw a used tea bag into the corner of the bathroom on the floor next to the toilet staff fails to clean it we also had no soap and shampoo and conditioner after going swimming we requested extra towels to dry off with and we was denied fresh towels

Disliked: I paid extra for early check-in, but unfortunately the room was not even clean. There was a dirty towels left in the restroom, the area under the AC unit looked unstable, and both the bed sheets and sofa were dirty. The restroom walls had stains, and the shower had poor plumbing—the water wasn’t draining properly. Overall, very disappointing given the additional cost. I did ask the front desk lady if she was able to have someone go and clean & she stated I’ll see. When I got back to the room later that evening nothing was clean. The staff was rude that worked on Thursday and Friday.
