Liked: Bait and switch! Poor service from booking.com! Absolutely would never recommend.
Disliked: Absolutely hated the bait-and-switch technique employed. Will pay only under protest ! Do not recommend Booking.com. Third time is definitely not the charm with them.

The grossest hotel.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: We stayed a few days ago and had this place booked. They said they would give us a clean room. They didn’t. The room was wiped down quickly and there is mold growing in the bathroom. Don’t stay here if you have any respiratory issues. Front desk people know about the mold and think it’s ok.

Dirty hotel.

Disliked: The rooms were dirty. They gave us one room and I’m there we’re at least 3 dead bugs in the bathroom on the floor. In the bedroom area the carpet was clearly not cleaned. So I questioned whether the beds were actually cleaned. We requested a room change. This one was just as dirty and led me to believe there was mold in the bathroom and there were hairs on the tile in the bathroom again making me feel like they “tidied up” but didn’t clean. The tv didn’t work either. I took pictures and showed front desk they said that they were sorry but couldn’t do anything about it.
