Liked: Close proximity to concert venue
Disliked: No hot water, sink would not drain, beds were squeaky and too firm.

Liked: Great location and pricing for our needs and allowed pets. They accommodated a resevation change even though it was packed due to college activities. Room looked remodeled although not upper end, it was clean and fine for us. Free breakfast a plus.
Disliked: We always bring doggie bags, would have liked a dispenser.
