I definitely do not recommend...

Liked: The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Lubbock has a ton of hotels to choose from so I filtered for a hot tub, the pool and hot tub were closed for “cleaning”, although everything looked fine. The carpet in the halls was nasty, the card lock on the door was difficult and took 5-6 attempts to get it to unlock despite the light being green. The faux wood floor in the room felt greasy. The whole place felt dirty. The disposable tray that held the in room coffee didn’t fit properly and needed Macguyvering.

Disliked: The key card system that open the doors stops working after 1 day. This requires to reprogram every day.Suggest a key card system that lasts at least as long as the reservation.

Liked: The beds are so comfortable and everything was clean
Disliked: There was no syrup for the waffles. If you have a busy weekend coming up and you forgot to order the syrup you should at least go to the store and buy a few bottles. A.lot of guests, especially kids look forward to those waffles in the Continental breakfast.

Disliked: The rooms were dirty my blankets smelt like pee got moved rooms second room smelt like weed. No one at the property seemed to care.
