Liked: The atmosphere and the cleanliness

Superb

Cheap for a reason

Liked: The location was good and the price was reasonable.
Disliked: Our room was damp. Everything from the sheets to the carpet felt slightly wet. By the time we checked out, our bags were moist, too.

I would not recommend this...

Liked: I don’t know. I wasn’t allowed to stay there.
Disliked: The manager is the rudest person I’ve ever seen in that capacity. Apparently the hotel has a new policy for booking online. If you want a pet friendly room, you have to select a room that is designated as pet friendly before you book. I have never had to do this before. I’ve always just selected a pet friendly hotel and had no problems. The manager said they changed their policy. I asked her how am I supposed to know you changed their policy and she said that’s your problem, not mine. They refused to refund my money after not letting us stay there. OK. I have stayed in this chain of hotels many times during my travels but will never stay in one again.

Aside from the coffee problem...

Liked: first floor room
Disliked: The coffee maker was not okay. The little thing that slides in did not fit the particular model.I took it down to night manager. He said it should fit, but I swear it did not and I could not make any coffee in my room;That first cup of coffee in my room is overly important to me...I understand I'm fussy about it, but it left a very bad impression on my entire experience at your LQ. I've stayed in that hotel many times and never had a bad experience until this time.

Very enjoyable and quite nice...

Liked: I always enjoy staying there enjoy the breakfast, pool it's clean staff are very friendly .
Disliked: The carpet in some of the rooms need to be replaced or cleaned good like shampooing then. I have stayed there several time in different rooms.
