Very clean; friendly staff. Would stay again.

Liked: Quiet, until morning when kids were running around slamming doors (not your fault).
Disliked: The only thing bad was that the hot tub was cold and had no bubbles.

Liked: It was a clean and pleasant hotel with a comfortable, sizeable room. I liked that there was a walking/biking trail right there. Brewery next door but didn’t get a chance to visit. Indoor Pool looked fine though I usually don’t use indoor pools. Parking was fine - all felt safe.
Disliked: I could barely get a signal on my cell (Verizon), you’re closer to the foothills so maybe Verizon is weak there…not the hotel’s fault and they of course have their WiFi but I generally stay away from public WiFi’s.

No staff present. Rude. Refused...

Liked: The front desk staff was absent and did not return until 10min after standing in the lobby. She was rude and short with us. She then refused our reservation and wouldn't let us speak to her manager.
Disliked: Staff was not present and had us wait 10min. Staff was rude. I think she was sleeping. Wouldn't allow us to speak to a manager. Told us to leave.
