Disliked: As soon as we entered the building, we noticed a strange odor. The elevator had no air conditioning, which made it even more uncomfortable. When we opened the door to our room, we were immediately hit by a heat wave. My husband discovered that the AC had been turned off, so he set it to the lowest temperature (60°F), but it barely produced any airflow and did little to cool the room. We ended up requesting a different room, but unfortunately, the same issue persisted, it took nearly two hours for the new room to become cool. The hallways are hot, I’m assuming they turn off the AC to save money. Breakfast was cold, didn’t have a good variety as we are used to when we staying at La Quinta.

Disliked: The staff was rude and try to get more funding after I told the pet deposit was already paid.

Disliked: The staff at front desk, just wasn’t friendly. Didn’t get told about times for breakfast, wasn’t told where the elevator was, I had to ask. I was just given keys and that was all no enjoy stay no nothing! Property did not feel welcoming! It seemed as if staff just wasn’t happy to be there.

Disliked: Used tissue left in our room so it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, we were locked out of our room because the first 2 keys didn’t work, out of the second 2, only 1 worked, refrigerator didn’t turn on until we played with it a bit, and by the time we left our toilet wouldn’t even flush anymore.
