Disliked: Let's start with check in when I walked in nobody was at the front desk I waited a bit for anyone to come from the back office. I had called ahead and asked about the pool and its usage time and the person told me that as long as we were quiet we could possibly use the pool past 10, the lady who checked us in was very sharp about it being closed at 10:00 not a big deal I can understand the rules but it was her tone about it. The next thing was the horrendous smell in the lobby it was a mix of some sort of solvent and motor oil. We got to our room it was definitely in rough condition. For some reason it was an accessible room but I don't remember booking it which was fine but it was on the second floor which seemed very strange cuz if I was a handicapped person I wouldn't want to be on the second floor. Going back to the condition of the room the wall had very sloppy patches put on and the furniture definitely had tons of wear and tear and was in need of touch-ups and the bottom of the toilet was broken around the seal. The shower bottom look like it used to have a grip attached and either it was integrated and it worn away or it was a sticker that they pulled up either way there was a stain of dinginess on the bottom. We went to the pool at 9:30 at night and while this isn't the hotel's issue there was a large group there of a guy and his kids and they were absolutely being rambunctious playing loud music and it looks like they had been there for a while and nobody had bothered to come tell them to not, they were also using the safety equipment as toys. We decided to go look at the hot tub and the condition of it was disgusting dirt all around the bottom and tons of things floating in it including what look like human hair and while I understand that things will come off of people in a hot tub it look like it hadn't been cleaned in several months.
