Fine night

Liked: It was peaceful. I got good sleep. Nice breakfast. And the pool was nice.
Disliked: The front desk worker that was there over night was very rude if my husband wasn't there I believe I would had lost my temper on dude.. Watch how you talk to adults.

Liked: Staff behavior, cleanliness, professional service with personal touch
Disliked: Room 219, periodic light tapping sound from behind the TV area throughout the night. Brings light sleeper it disturbed me the entire night. Very uncomfortable experience.

DISGUSTING

Disliked: Blood stain on pull out sofa cushion Bed was dirty Soap rings in showersLight bulb in sink Elevator certification of operation EXPIREDTold front desk no turn down service my entire stay and they still entered my room and did it TWICETwo grown men just chilling on my “clean” bed when I checked in and entered the room And more!!!! This is crazy and would not recommend!

Liked: The location was great, clean room, comfortable bed.
Disliked: I completed the check in online the day before our stay, I added my card information and my driver's license, it said all i needed to do was get my keys upon arrival. My card was charged 3 times after arriving, $420. $320 was refunded but not until 2 days later. After we were finally given a key, it was to an occupied room, someone was in the bed. After finally getting an empty room, the desk clerk knocked on door at midnight and then called my husband 2 nights in a row about the name on the room. Terrible experience.

Liked: Just stopping through, the beds were not very comfortable, but the room was decent.

Ideal for a short stay

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Easy check in /check out
Disliked: Not a great selection of breakfast food to start the day.

It was ok

Liked: The location was good because it’s right off the highway that we needed to get on. The front desk person was friendly as well.
Disliked: Stains on the sheets, the bathroom smelled musty and moldy, I don’t like how the bathroom is set up where the sink, toilet and shower are not in the same room.
