Stressful!!!

Liked: Hotel was clean, good location.
Disliked: We booked for 5 people and booking.com said it was for 5 people. When getting to hotel no room for 5!! No roll away bed available. Check with a few other hotels, all booked everywhere. So my husband had to make a bed on the floor. Hotel was unhelpful with the situation, and pretty much said it was booking.com fault. Nothing they could do. We have tried for some sort of refund, and no one seems to care. So I will no longer be using booking.com, or the hotel we stayed at. It was a late night, long drive, and we were tired!! But no one cares as long as they got there $$$. But you all won't be getting any of my $$ in the future.

Liked: Rooms were clean and comfortable
Disliked: Carpets in hallway look dingy and hallways little dark.

Bad

Liked: Easy to get to off I-75. Staff member was friendly.
Disliked: Both the room and exterior areas of the hotel were dirty, run-down, and littered with trash. So much so that we decided not to spend the night despite not being reimbursed for the stay. It was THAT bad.

Liked: The beds were comfy. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. They served breakfast. It was good and had many options.
Disliked: My only complaint would be they advertised the airport shuttle. But due to a horse racing event, they didn't do airport shuttle that weekend. So I had to Uber. Although the Track Park is across the street from the airport the traffic wasn't bad. Not sure why they wouldn't shuttle to the airport

Liked: Newer furnishings and bright design. Comfortable bed. Efficient check in and out.
Disliked: Missing table and chairs in room - perhaps intentional by hotel, but made the blank space under a lamp look/feel odd in the room. Water damage in shower ceiling needed attention. No sound proofing from hallway.
