Passable

Liked: Hotel being renovated. No breakfast and hardly any coffee. Coffee was cold too.
Disliked: Lady at front desk was very nice and bed in King room was excellent.

Disappointed, we book La Quinta's...

Liked: The room was renovated and new furniture
Disliked: Wrong advertisement and no Hot Breakfast. The add on Booking.com did not say that hotel is partially functional.

It was a very nice...

Liked: The room was very nice, the lobby and hallway were under construction at the time, making it less than ideal.
Disliked: The construction, but that is to be expected when the project is underway.

Bad

Disliked: It was going thru a remodel with no parking and moldy walls and paint fumes. They also charge you $50 a night deposit and refund it potentially 3-5 business days later. Never mentioned!!! Would never go back
