We had a great trip,...

Liked: My trip, breakfast was fine, need bacon and front desk staff was nice.
Disliked: Pool was closed, outside area was not cleaned daily, had to fo to front desk to let them know a few times. Room was not as clean as I would like. Spider website in the windows and windows smeared. Sink in restroom was plastered together. I think charging for parking us ridiculous. Oh, the elevator was broken for a day or so.

Liked: Nothing booking.com charged me twice and then the hotel decides to charge me again which charge three times for one room for two nights unbelievable was told it would go directly back in my account three days later I call the manager acts like they don't even know or have even heard of it unbelievable f****** pissed off
Disliked: Read things I did like and that was nothing I was charged three times for my room for two nights
