Liked: Location was excellent. Beds were really comfortable. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: We didn't use the fridge and I think it was turned off. It smelled when we opened it. A clean with bread soda should sort it.

Liked: The cleanliness and the comfort of the beds. Although our room was right next to the elevator, which I usually don't get, you could not hear it through the walls. What you could hear, and not the hotels fault, are the loud talking/singing children at 530 am and their parents not telling them a thing. People are very inconsiderate.
Disliked: Basically just used the room to bathr and sleep so we did not use any amenity or had breakfast.

Great place to stay

Liked: Friendly staff, great location. Did not over- charge for my dog.
Disliked: TV remote did not work. No Kleenex

Okay but needs a refresh

Liked: It’s close to the airport, quiet inside, and they offer an included breakfast. The pool with a hot tub is a plus.
Disliked: The facility looks tired. The decor (curtains, paint) look worn out, “leather” desk chair had all of its ‘leather’ peeled off looking like a garage sale item. Lighting in the room was dull and carpet in common areas so-so. The breakfast was very plain with round circular eggs, not looking freshly made. Cheapie paper plates and flimsy plastic forks and knives. I’m comparing this to the Hyatt Place property in the area.

Disliked: I'm use to .25cent dryer.The pool was not cleaned but was nice to be in.
