A nice hotel, especially for...
Liked: Third floor room was nice, and quiet. Breakfast is always nice Staff is always friendly and helpful. It is directly across from the airport, but this is my second stay, and aircraft noise is never a problem. Rooms are well insulated for noise!

Ok hotel but the shuttle...
Liked: Quick access to the airport
Disliked: The airport shuttle service was not up to par. My party of 7 (all traveling for work) arrived on a flight from Miami. We had called in advance to arrange for the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The driver picked us up with the hotel minivan, but then told us that she would not take our whole group as she had “others to pick up at a different terminal “ she made three of our party wait for a different van. What was disturbing was that when she picked us up, there was no one else in the van so there was actually lots of room.This was very unpleasant and highly unprofessional .
