Liked: We never got refunded for our stay, was the worst booking experience
Disliked: There was no AC 85+ degrees in room, then after they moved us to another room someone was already in there.

Disliked: I was not able to stay the night at this hotel because the front desk worker filled with tattoos made me feel completely uncomfortable. I didn’t feel safe. When I checked in it was around 12am at night and the front desk worker had asked me if I was there alone and I replied yes. Which is weird because never have I been asked if i’m there alone when staying at a hotel. He then proceeded to tell me he didn’t have any rooms available inside of the building because they were all booked and he had to book me a room in the outside building. (Keep in mind the parking lot was pretty empty). I stayed quiet and then asked if he was sure there wasn’t anymore rooms available inside the building. He said no. He then told me to not worry because he would be able to walk me to my door. I stayed quiet again and at that time another guy filled with tattoos walked into the lobby and was standing maybe 3 feet away from me just awkwardly and looking at the wall and at that point I just had a really bad gut feeling. It was pretty obvious they both knew each other and were up to something. When he finished setting up my hotel room cards. He grabbed his backpack that he had on the counter and I told him I didn’t need to be walked down to my room and he told me he needs to walk me down and I said no again and he kept insisting and then he told me my door was going to be really hard to open and that he needed to open it for me. And I told him I got it and you can tell right away that he got mad and I quickly walked out of the hotel and I seen two girls and a guy talking outside in the parking lot and I walked up to them asking them if they can walk me down to my room and they said yes and while i was talking to them the front desk worker went outside and was just staring at me talk to the girls.

Disliked: The hotel was filthy, the room was not quite as bad, but still unacceptable. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. Considering the condition, the price we paid was way too high.l
