La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Las Cruces Organ Mountain

Put into a smokers room. Took three requests to have air freshening sprayed in room. TV would not come on, no one ever came to fix it. Had to sleep with bed cover removed due to smoke smell. Not a good stay.

Liked: That it had a pool.
Disliked: Room smelled strongly like dog urine. The sink didn’t drain and left a nasty residue with dirt and debris. The ice machine was broken and it was approximately 105* degrees. The pool chairs and loungers were ripped and missing the straps to actually sit on it. I celebrated my birthday at the stinky dog pissed clogged drain broken pool furniture disappointing LaQuinta. This location needs to be down graded by category and price, with better descriptions of a budget, party or rent by the hour kind of feel… and someone like myself would never mistaken it for a place id want to lay my head

Liked: The staff were fabulous and cared about our comfort.
Disliked: It was clean but seams to be a little run down. No pool towels and pool was freezing.

Liked: Location and friendly helpful front desk staff.
Disliked: The mattress; old worn out too soft memory foam that is very uncomfortable in room 419. It makes it difficult to move while in bed as it tends to swallow a person within the deep folds of the foam that has lost its memory. Toss it out and burn it is my advice.

Liked: The hotel is dilapidated and in a state of disarray, with poor sanitation.
Disliked: Renovate and replace all the equipment.

Liked: very nice and clean room and no noisy neighbors!
Disliked: looked up the price and availability for a room on line shortly before arriving, asked if that rate could be given as i was paying cash but was told i would have to book it on line to get the reduced price? was told that they could not match prices but it was at the same hotel! this took and additional 15 min to get the room and get checked it!
