Liked: nothing, really. It was a ways away from our Stampfest venue. Due to a glitch in processing my reservation, we were left with no room to stay at the intended hotel, which was the Hyatt place. The cost were confusing. One page said one price which was lower than the rest of the pages. I got confused and I had sent an email to someone for a message and no one got back to me. I just went ahead and put the reservation through or I thought I did but apparently it missed the final step in the process. I did not know this until I went to the Hyatt place in Lakeland, Florida and they told me there was no reservation not only that but they had any more rooms left.
Disliked: it was not very well, Kemp. It was a long walk for a handicap person to get to the other side of the building to find an elevator because the other elevator was having technical issues. I had requested a handicap room of disability room when we got there, she said they only had one room that was designated for a handicap person, and it was already booked. Another situation gone wrong last night.we were told that we were either going to have the king bed and a couch or a king bed and a chair where you can put your feet up and sleep there. I was glad to see that we at least had a pull out bed from a couch the couch was old and needs to be replaced. And the person that slept in the bed opened it up and a bunch of dust flew up in her face. She is an asthmatic, and this was not good for her sleeping last night.The elevators need to be repaired and wall find the elevator. The paint is chipping off, and it's not a good thing not pleasant.

Disliked: We had to end up moving to another location. We had 2 rooms and the first one had a damp floor and misty mildew smell. They gave us another room that was satisfactory. Then, we our other room did not have a working ac in the bedroom. We needed a Foldout sleeper and they didn’t have another room that could accommodate my family. They didn’t offer to try to get the AC fixed. So we moved to another hotel.
