Disliked: Having to wait to check in , they charged $75 extra for ( incidentals) they call it. Then having to wait 3 days after check out to receive the refund back because there was no damage reported or towels stolen. I’m appalled that you would charge me first then only after providing proof that I was not a thief you refund my deposit. This is something new and I don’t like it.

Liked: The manager got involved because our initial room choice (and the 2nd choice) were not satisfactory. Pool, location, "snack" bar area, and service was great. Breakfast tasty and more than carbs (eggs, meat).
Disliked: First floor rooms (2 of them) were slightly dirty and smelled terribly. Found out you all allow animals! And someone must have smoked. Got a 3rd floor room. Breakfast was surprisingly better than most, but then waffle irons (2 of them) both not working!

Disliked: the wifi and internet service seemed a bit slow and spotty. cell signal in kokomo also seems spotty to me (on verizone).
